At Chelsea Tea Company, we want you to be completely happy with your tea. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is simple and worry-free.
If you change your mind, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
If you have an account: Sign in and go to Orders & Returns, then click Start a Return.
If you don’t have an account: Visit our Return Page to begin your return — no need to contact us first.
Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
To ensure the quality and safety of our teas, we can only accept returns that are:
Unopened and unused
In their original packaging and condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase
We’re unable to accept returns for opened tea packs or loose tea unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you’d like to exchange a product, simply return the original item and place a new order for your preferred tea. This helps us deliver your new selection as quickly as possible.
We take great care when preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery at Sales@chelseateauk.com We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved. Please note that it can take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
