From the heart of my childhood spent at Kolkata, the art of savouring speciality teas was a tradition. Each evening, my family would cherish meticulously hand-picked teas from the tea gardens of Darjeeling and Assam, which later influenced my passion for speciality tea.
Relocating to London, I sought to recreate the enchanting tea experience of my youth, only to encounter a void in the Western market. Here, teas often lost their essence in the complexities of supply chains, leaving tea enthusiasts yearning for true authenticity.
Being an enthusiastic traveller and a tea lover, I would often travel to the organic tea plantations in India to source similar speciality tea that would allow me to recreate the memories of childhood. I want to share my years of research for luxury tea with you so you can have a good cuppa too!
